We purchased a Baby Grand piano in an auction. I called Jordan at Bruce Piano and he took care of all the details of picking it up and delivering it to our home. We were so impressed with the care and professionalism of Greg who delivered it to us. He was extremely knowledgable. He took the time explain details about our new piano that we would have never figured out on our own. Then Gary Bruce came by to repair one key and fix some minor rubber stops that were missing. Once again, we were so impressed by the knowledge and professionalism he possessed. We had a 2pm appointment and the door bell rang at exactly 2pm. How I wish the cable companies could figure out how to provide that level of service. I can already tell, we will be customer’s for life.

I was very pleased with the service I received from this company. I recently moved to Edmond and really didn’t know what company to use, so I just happened to call them first and what a wonderful experience it was. They were very professional, personal and very reliable. They were on time for the scheduled appt and were very efficient. I will definetly use them again for all my piano related business.
