Jordan was very kind and easy to work with. They did a wonderful job delivering my piano and setting it up. There was not one bump, nick, or scratch to either piano or home. After the piano was acclimated, Jordan came back and tuned it up. The piano (Hallet Davis Grand 148) sounds great. I am happy with both the purchase and the service.
