After many years, I have music in my home again! I’m so happy with the piano I purchased from Bruce Piano. I didn’t think I would be able to afford a piano — but, after learning about Bruce Piano’s financing options and the variety of ‘starter’ pianos available (with the option to ‘trade-in’ and upgrade at a later date!), I decided it was time to buy.
Jordan’s friendliness and helpfulness, in particular, really impressed me. I purchased my piano just before Thanksgiving and was going to have it delivered a few weeks later. During that time, Bruce Piano put some pianos on sale. I asked Jordan whether the store would honor the lower price-point on my piano, too — and he said ‘Of course.’ He didn’t have to do so, and it’s this type of generosity and transparency that sets the business apart from its competitors. I’m also impressed that the price of my piano includes its first in-home tuning. I would recommend this business to friends and family without reservation. Great people!
