Jordan Bruce has cared for our piano since we moved it to Edmond from my parents’ home in 2008. It is about a 40-50 year old piano that has been moved from Colorado. Jordan’s attention to detail and customer service are very appreciated. His love of the piano is evident in his service. It’s a great pleasure to see our own teenagers enjoy the piano I loved as a child. So it’s important to us that we have a great piano technician who keeps our piano sounding fabulous. Jordan has been very reliable and timely whether we needed a tuning, help with sticking keys, or even repair to the bench. He goes above and beyond with regard to checking the condition of the piano wood case and offering tips for us to best care for the exterior as well as he cares for the interior mechanisms.
