My wife and I were looking for a Baby Grand, So while using google search it directed me to Bruce’s website. When I called I spoke with Bruce . He told me their hours so my wife and I drove up to look at their inventory. When we walked in we met Gary and his son Jordan. Jordan showed us a few of their pianos that we had seen on their website. We instantly saw the piano for us. After paying for this gorgeous a Baby Grand , We talked about delivery. Jordan suggested that he could deliver it that evening and less than three hours later he was delivering and setting up our piano at our home in Norman. Jordan was polite and very knowledgeable in his business.
I would recommend anyone looking for a great deal for their first or even their next Piano. They should check with Bruce’s music. Thank you again.

I bought a baby grand a while ago and had Jordan come take a look at it. My wife was there and she said he was very friendly and told her the “truth”, which is hard to come by these days. The piano had some broken keys and such. We would have paid whatever to get it fixed but he professionally recommended that we not waste our money, but instead should use for however long and purchase a new one when the time was right for us. I appreciate that b/c I would have spend X amount to fix it up and then it break down again. Thanks Jordan!
