Jordan Bruce and his crack team are experts in the field of fixing/tuning/revitalizing pianos. They’re also one of the only Steinway-certified outfits in Oklahoma (something that not many piano tuners can say). But what they do best is what many piano tuners do not – provide world-class customer service with a friendly attitude. I really appreciate that. I’ve worked with tuners who’ve provided adequate tuning or repair, but when Jordan shows up, he’s just so pleasant and easygoing that I know my piano couldn’t be in better hands. By the way, I have a Kawai baby grand, and I use it for personal enjoyment, practice, and recording.
