I bought a baby grand a while ago and had Jordan come take a look at it. My wife was there and she said he was very friendly and told her the “truth”, which is hard to come by these days. The piano had some broken keys and such. We would have paid whatever to get it fixed but he professionally recommended that we not waste our money, but instead should use for however long and purchase a new one when the time was right for us. I appreciate that b/c I would have spend X amount to fix it up and then it break down again. Thanks Jordan!

We had tried for quite a while to sell our piano on our own, with no luck. We contacted Jordan and he came and picked up our piano and sold it on consignment within a couple of months. We are very pleased with his service.

My daughter started playing piano almost 18 years ago and Jordan’s father, Gary, tuned that piano for years. Then when he retired, Jordan took over the business and continued the Bruce legacy.
