Jordan Bruce has cared for our piano since we moved it to Edmond from my parents’ home in 2008. It is about a 40-50 year old piano that has been moved from Colorado. Jordan’s attention to detail and customer service are very appreciated. His love of the piano is evident in his service. It’s a great pleasure to see our own teenagers enjoy the piano I loved as a child. So it’s important to us that we have a great piano technician who keeps our piano sounding fabulous. Jordan has been very reliable and timely whether we needed a tuning, help with sticking keys, or even repair to the bench. Jordan Bruce and his crack team are experts in the field of fixing/tuning/revitalizing pianos. They’re also one of the only Steinway-certified outfits in Oklahoma (something that not many piano tuners can say). But what they do best is what many piano tuners do not – provide world-class customer service with a friendly attitude. I really appreciate that. I’ve worked with tuners who’ve provided adequate tuning or repair, but when Jordan shows up, he’s just so pleasant and easygoing that I know my piano couldn’t be in better hands. By the way, I have a Kawai baby grand, and I use it for personal enjoyment, practice, and recording.

This 134 year-old antique square grand has been in our family for 50 years. After many years of trying to keep it in tune with no luck, we decided to display it in our home as an antique. When I saw the ad in Edmond Outlook about Bruce Piano, I contacted Jordan about refinishing the piano. He came and single-handedly moved that piano out of our house and into his trailer. Amazing fete! Once we saw that beautiful walnut wood grain shine through the stain, there was no way we could bring it home without being able to play it! So we decided to have it restrung as well. Another meticulous and tedious task! It was delivered to our newly-built home in the Dallas area in April. We had a parlor built in the house, especially for this piano and I must say, it is the showcase of the room! We have known and associated with the Bruce family throughout the years, and there is no way I would have ever trusted any other piano service company to refinish and restring this piano. They did an excellent job in all areas regarding this piano. I feel so fortunate to have been in this place in time, to be able to put new life into this old grand piano and know that others will enjoy its beauty and enjoy listening to its specific square grand piano sound for many years after we are gone. We purchased a Baby Grand piano in an auction. I called Jordan at Bruce Piano and he took care of all the details of picking it up and delivering it to our home. We were so impressed with the care and professionalism of Greg who delivered it to us. He was extremely knowledgable. He took the time explain details about our new piano that we would have never figured out on our own. Then Gary Bruce came by to repair one key and fix some minor rubber stops that were missing. Once again, we were so impressed by the knowledge and professionalism he possessed. We had a 2pm appointment and the door bell rang at exactly 2pm. How I wish the cable companies could figure out how to provide that level of service. I can already tell, we will be customer’s for life.
