Gary Bruce has tuned pianos for me in the past so having returned home to Edmond, I wanted to have them tune our new piano. I was very pleased this time to have Gary’s son Jordan come to our home and tune the piano. He found that it needed a minor repair as well and made two trips out, out of his choice and caring. Both the repair and the tuning were done with care and excellence. We were very pleased with the service of Bruce Piano and of course would choose no one else to care for our instruments. Gary, I had told you that I host a Pianists’ Club and one of the members wanted to try out my Baldwin to see if the action was fast enough for the piece she planned to play at our next gathering. She’s a DMA candidate and just gave her first recital last week. She dropped by yesterday and said the action on the piano was wonderful! She will be able to play her fast piece with all the repeated notes with no problem. So I thought you’d want to know, since you’ve done so much work on it, evening out the hammers, etc. Thanks for putting in the hours of labor to bring my piano up to its best potential.

I found the perfect grand piano which required moving out the old grand and moving in the new. Bruce Piano was my first and only choice for moving two pianos at once. Known for their professionalism, experience, and integrity, I was confident both pianos would be in excellent hands. Jordan Bruce was exceptionally accommodating and worked with us to get a date with the required amount of time. This appointment was on a Saturday – few businesses or individuals would willingly sacrifice half of a day on a weekend. Jordan skillfully worked alone to move each piano and is an expert who dismantles, reassembles, and moves with great care. After placement of the new piano, Jorden found a few hidden ‘treasures’ that would have been overlooked by a lesser technician. We are extremely satisfied and cannot recommend both Jordan and Bruce Piano highly enough.

Your tech was very knowledgeable and was able to help our 83 yr old piano. He got it closer to tunning than anyone has in over a decade. He repaired one of the pedals and a hammer for us. We will be requesting him again in a couple of months.

They completely restored our 100+ year old piano to mint condition. Jordan consistently kept us informed as to the progress on our piano’s restoration.

I inherited my great grandmother’s 1911 Schiller baby grand piano when my mother moved into an assisted living apartment in Oklahoma City.  It was in very poor playing condition but it looked OK on the outside.  I didn’t really want to have a non-playing decoration and was apprehensive about the cost of restoration.  There are no piano restoration services where I live in west Texas, so I researched DFW and OKC. I called Bruce Piano and got a thorough evaluation of what needed to be done (a lot!) and a surprisingly low cost estimate.  Bruce Piano was to pick up the piano in Oklahoma City, restore it, and then arrange for delivery to Midland, Texas.  As the restoration unfolded, Jordan sent detailed photos and descriptions of what was being done. To my surprise, Jordan delivered the piano to Midland himself with his customized trailer.  I have never heard that old piano sound and look this good.  This old family heirloom is ready for the next 100 years thanks to the Bruce team!
