Friendly service, great job storing and setting up our piano!

We were looking around on Craigslist for an antique piano and found one we really liked. But before we pulled the trigger we checked with Bruce Piano and they said they had one in better condition that they would clean up, repair, move and tune for less than the Craigslist option we found. So we pulled the trigger. I told them our house had two difficult separate staircases to traverse and they could look to see which one they wanted to pick to move the piano into our home. They came out and actually pointed out that I had a third staircase I had forgotten about. Since then the piano has worked beautifully. Service and communication were fantastic. We will continue to suggest them to our friends and family.

As parents who didn’t know what was a good or bad piano, it was a blessing to have Jordan Bruce assist us with our moves and tuning of our piano. I will not look for any other “piano guy” as long as he is in the business. If you want someone you can trust, who is a true pro in the industry and who will be fair, look no further. Go to him BEFORE you buy your piano from the garage sale or off of the internet……please. You will not be disappointed.
