Greg was very prepared to move this 75 yr old piano that had belonged to my mother. He was careful and wrapped the bench in a moving blanket. Greg took extra care in bringing the piano safely down three steps to the sidewalk. Gary cleaned and tuned the piano which probably hadn’t been done in at least 10 years. He took the time to find out the age of the piano and repair the piano bench which had a broken hinge (not from the move). Both of these men truly care about what they do and how well they do it! Highly recommend Bruce Piano for your moving and tuning needs!

The gentleman you sent to move the piano was amazing! He made it look effortless and the piano was delivered safe and sound to its new home. I only wish someone could go to Arkansas with Danae and tune it!

I found the perfect grand piano which required moving out the old grand and moving in the new. Bruce Piano was my first and only choice for moving two pianos at once. Known for their professionalism, experience, and integrity, I was confident both pianos would be in excellent hands. Jordan Bruce was exceptionally accommodating and worked with us to get a date with the required amount of time. This appointment was on a Saturday – few businesses or individuals would willingly sacrifice half of a day on a weekend. Jordan skillfully worked alone to move each piano and is an expert who dismantles, reassembles, and moves with great care. After placement of the new piano, Jorden found a few hidden ‘treasures’ that would have been overlooked by a lesser technician. We are extremely satisfied and cannot recommend both Jordan and Bruce Piano highly enough.

We deeply appreciate Gary Bruce coming to our home to tune and repair our BALDWIN spinet piano. It was estimated the piano had never been tuned and he spent hours getting it ready to play. He thoroughly cleaned it and gave us pointers on how to clean the surface of the piano, also. “Wow!” is the only word suitable in describing my experience with Bruce Piano. I found an old, beautiful piano that I wanted to give a loving home, and Jordan made it happen–and in 2 days! I had made numerous calls, receiving numerous (pricey) quotes and little customer service. Jordan responded to my message on Facebook after hours on Saturday night and set up a move for the following Monday, although they were honestly more than busy. His mover, Greg, was professional, had the right equipment, and moved the piano from its old home to mine in literally 30 minutes. I was amazed! Jordan also took the time to get to know a bit more about my fiance and I, who are new to the Edmond area and are planning our wedding. As a gift, he provided us with a generous discount off of our piano move and was happy to explain the other services that they offer. We will be contacting him again soon for tuning and will never look further for our music needs than Edmond’s own, Bruce Piano.
